We have now moved into Elmbridge House, our spendid new offices in Elmbridge Lane, Woking.
Our new Warfield site is close to a delightful Country Park but also has excellent motorway and train links to London within easy distance. We have recently submitted a planning application for seven new homes.
We are in discussion with Hart District Council regarding a site for mixed development of one, two, and three bedroom houses.
Our new proposed development of five detached houses and four two bedroomed houses is in the early stages of discussion with Woking Borough Council.
Our new development of three houses and six apartments will be released for sale June/July 2020.
The new development of twenty semi-detached homes built on behalf of Inland Homes are now complete.
Medstead – New Development
The William Lacey Group was successful in obtaining planning permission on this site for 80 new homes. However, the group has also recently acquired a number of smaller developments sites which will meet all our requirements for the next eighteen months.
