Construction is under way on the next phase of the Rydens Way development. There will be eleven, three bedroom homes, seven of them affordable and the remaining four will be for private sale.

The new development of twenty semi-detached homes built on behalf of Inland Homes are now complete.


Linnell Close

Redhill
The eighteen new home in Woodhatch Road Redhill built on behalf of Raven Housing Trust are now complete. The development will be known as Linnell Close after the painter John Linnell who lived in Redhill and is famous for his landscapes of the North Downs.

Oakshaw/Eldon Road

The two new developments that we have been building on behalf of Tandridge District Council are now complete; they are the first new Council homes for 25 years. The Oakshaw development comprises four two bedroom homes and two three bedroom homes and we have built a pair of three bedroom semi-detached homes on the Eldon Road, development.

Whitepost House

The nine two bedroom apartments built in partnership with Reigate and Banstead Borough Council and Raven Housing Trust are now complete.

Medstead

The William Lacey Group was successful in obtaining planning permission on this site for 80 new homes. However, the group has also recently acquired a number of smaller developments sites which will meet all our requirements for the next eighteen months.

The Company will be fully committed on these smaller developments and as a result the Board has taken the decision to sell the Boyneswood Road site to Bellway Homes. The Group will still be involved with the Boyneswood Road development as we have ongoing interests.

West End

The William Lacey Group was successful in obtaining planning permission on this site for 84 new homes. However, the group has also recently acquired a number of smaller developments sites which will meet all our requirements for the next eighteen months.

The Company will be fully committed on these smaller developments and as a result the Board has taken the decision to sell the West End site to Shanly Homes. The Group will still be involved with the West End development as we have ongoing interests
